Terrible service

After purchasing their "APP" subscription, I barely had any communication regarding the delivery of the new Sim card. Almost a full month passed when I kindly asked to cancel my services abd refund the R299 I had to pay for registration which still showed pending.

After a back and forth and empty promises they decided to start ignoring ny refund request and status.

All I can suggest, steer clear!!!
