Paid for vehicle not deivered yet

Finance done through Regal that was approved and moniey paid over to Aetas on 28 September 2015. If I do not call them nobody comes back to me. In the 2 months they only gave me 3 options to choose from. On Thursday 6th Nov 2015 I went to look at the 3rd option. The car was not in a good condition, but I saw another car that I liked. Walter asked the dealer to send photos of the car through. On Monday I phoned the dealer andneither of us heared from him since Thursday Since Monday I left messages and send e-mails, nobody contact me. On facebook the media marketer contact me and promised to get someone to contact me. Silence. There service is shocking
