False Advertising

I was sent an add by my sister that a course I wanted to take was discounted by 50%. On the website it clearly stated that the fee included the kit. When it was time to pay, I had to contact them directly because the website would let me pay. Now suddenly the kit is a separate fee and is not included in the course fee that is discounted. When I try to show them they told me it's the only way they could make the sale. ****ERS!!!!
