THE BEST CUSTOMER CARE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!! TRULY!!!

This was the most accommodating, wonderfully communicative company I have ever worked with. We imported two dogs from Jakarta to SA. Mikki was outstanding, going out of her way to be helpful and make the import process (which is super-complex! Start Early) manageable. When our exporter failed us multiple times, Mikki stepped in to make up for the lack of service on the other end. She made phone calls, extra visits, and took up whatever task needed to done with the sense of urgency we loved. We will absolutely use Aeropets when we are ready to depart SA in a few years. You should too!!
