I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the incredible support we received during our move from South Africa to Spain. The follow-up and feedback from the team were exceptional, and I especially want to highlight Kristen. No matter how many questions I had, even the small ones, she always responded promptly and patiently. She kept us updated throughout the entire process and even helped by providing guidelines on how to handle customs clearance in Valencia.

I'm also happy to report that our pet arrived healthy and didn't seem too upset by the journey. Auropets did an excellent job of supporting us every step of the way, making the entire process much smoother.
