Incredible Experience

Our journey with AeroPets has been incredible! Kirsten was our guide and her attention to detail and constant support made the trip of our 9 year old beagle from South Africa to the Uk, a smooth one. Kirsten literally handled everything. Despite a bit of a bump in the road with the airline which saw our old man missing his original flight day (with no fault of their own), Kirsten advocated for him (told the airline who is boss), woke up at 2am to have him at the airport by 4am the following day - got him on his flight in time to make his original connecting flight and now we have our boy with us finally.

AeroPets made the journey smooth from the get go and kept a very neurotic fur-mom calm and informed every step of the way! Can’t recommend them enough!
