Terrible service

<p>We had a bad experience with the company AEROMAX, their offices are situated in Hatfield. They sell packages teaching you how to work the stockmarket. The rep saw me at my office in Jan 2017. I explained to him that I make no decisions without my wife. Long story short, he said take it and discuss it with your wife and you can cancell within 6 months. I did. Well, they took R2000 from my Credit Card immediately. After speaking to my wife we dicided it is not for us. I contacted the REP, he said - speak to HEAD OFFICE! Well well well. Head Office gave me a cold, sorry we do not cancell. So after lots of communication I went to see them in Hatfield on Monday 20 March. Getting there, they just continued to brush me off. I left the office and phoned a lawyer. He advised me to go back and tell them I am recording our converstation. Well the wheels came off. One of their senior staff members almost assulted me physically, then I continued to ask them questions and they yelled and carried on (all on my recording). Not once did I raise my voice (as proofed on recording. I then said I am placing the box with their software on the counter and if they are unwilling to give me a receipt I will take a photo. Well, a senior staff member, a lady, started to shout and perform. Verbally very abusive (all on recording), I continued to express that I feel unsafe. This women started to push me while verbally assulting me. She then proceeded to push me down the stairs, luckily I kept my footing. She added, If you put your feet here again, you will see what assualt is. (ALL ON RECORDING). I left the building. On my way home, a male senior staff member phoned me and said I must come back and we will sign the cancellation papers over a cup of coffee.. I felt unsafe and the lawyer adviced me not to go back they should mail me everything. The next morning the same male staff member phoned me and when I told him I am not coming to see them due to the fact that I feel unsafe, he FLIPPED!!! He continued to verbally accuse me of all sorts of thing - once again the proof is on the recording. This is not on AEROMAX. They are not professional, we will continue to make sure they are reported to all the relevant places. AEROMAX we want our refund and cancellation immediately. Ombudsman, here we come. We have a forensic team standing ready (if you think it is a joke, take us on!)</p>
