BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am supposed to receive a package from UK through Aeromax Courier Services, The package arrived on Thursday at 9pm in Cape Town. Cape Town branch send me an email to make a payment of R5500 for VAT & Delivery charges to receive my package. Payment was done. Yesterday the lady ny the name of Lucia contacted me telling me to check my emails and i will receive my package at 15:45,Tracking number(MHDGW92GDG).Email sent was confirming that they are wrapping my package, the other email was notification that i will receive my package at 15:45 which will depart cape town airport to Pilanesburg airport and directly to me. To my suprise, I receive another call from Lucia at 1314 that SAPS has done a roadblock and searched the van and my boxed. Mine hey took them. Lucia gave me Vusi Khumalo cell number to contact him so that they can release my package. He said he's a compliance office and i have commited money laundering and i must pay R18000 to get the money laundering certificate of which there is no such. I was harassed and threatened by him and Lucia. Currently i haven't received my package, My boyfriend sent the package.He is in UK and working that side but he is from RSA and left the country on Tuesday. The package was sent from Aeromax UK to Aeromax Cape town.
