Cunningly the representative who visited me with the promise of a R5000 to put on JSE, informed me that the R12000 would be a retainer and no debit on my account. Unfortunately I only discovered that this was not the case after the representative Sarel de Klerk, left my premises. I immediately cancelled the total package via an e-mail that same night and send there software back to them via Postnet. Melissa keep on stating that I never cancelled the package and that they did not receive their software where I got proof that my e-mails was read and that the software is waiting for their collection. In the meantime I am battling to get my R12000 "retainer" back from them.
