Toxic and abusive

The environment is extremely toxic and abusive. I would not recommend anyone work here. The first 2 weeks or so are kept quite calm and friendly but it soon becomes very abusive. Verbal abuse is a constant and most there defend the abusive action and say its because of the many deadlines and pressure that the company is under. While there are deadlines this situation has been going on for around 30 years without change. Do not apply here
