Disappointing service

<p>I like to support Engen but after today I will never support this garage again. I wanted my tank filled and a petrol attendant helped me and suddenly said his coming back to me. I watched many attendants running to cars as driving in to get them before others. I looked at my petrol tank thinking it must be full, I couldn't see the guy who was helping me and then petrol came pouring out my car. I shouted for someone to help me, a lady attendant came to turn it off. This is absolutely unacceptable and then I find out the guy who was helping me, ran off to fill up a bus. I phoned management to inform them and I get an apology and please forgive them and the petrol attendant will be spoken too BUT who pays for the petrol that went all over my car and onto the floor. I do...I would like some money paid back to me!!! I don't accept this service.</p>
