Horrible service horrible management

Our stay was from the 31 December 2023 to 2 January 2024. What a horrible experience we had as a family. We were a large group of 28 which same are elderly people which I must say suffered the most. We had planned with the lodge to cater food for us made a clear quotations on how we want our food to be like and days on which they should be served i must say I don't recommend anyone to do this it was a disaster. For starters they bought food on the wrong date instead of them being apologetic they picked a wrong and rude manner to resolve the issue a manger or stuff called Nkateko which was in charge of our quatation instructored we take food and can have the food the following day which will be set to be our dinner imagine in this heat . Breakfast that was supposed be served on our second day was not served they just gave us a refund we had make means just to eat drive 17km just get food the lunch that was served on the 1 of January 2024 gave us food poisoning I even had to consult the doctor because I am even pregnant. secondly there are braai facilities that are restricted to used by fully paid guests they wanted us to pay R2000 to use them it felt as if they were saying they making us a favour to stay there. on the 1st of January 2024 there were no stuff present on the facility expected the person at gate imagine. I Don't understand what kind of business you running here hospitality is not one of them. Rooms are ok nothing much to say about them. I don't not recommend this place to anyone. To the owner of this place you have a beautiful place with great potential just horrible management
