Useless vent seal product and no after sales support or capability

I needed to insulate two refrigeration units and was convinced to spend nearly three thousand Rand on this fancy Vent seal foam with self mixing system and gun you just connect a nozzle and spray foam, as this is normally a messy misery, it seems that it was a worthwhile investment, even though normal foam kits can be had for R300 instead of R3000. I managed to get some foam out of the equipment, but before long it was spraying an oily resinous unexpanded foam and generally made a total mess of the job I was working on which took me hours to clean up. I have been waiting for three weeks now for the business to reply to my enquiry as to why this happened and what to do with the half empty foam containers that are now useless to me. I have been treated with absolute disdain by Bertus Van Schalkwyk of this business who concedes that my application and method was correct but has no idea why the product failed and absolutely no advice to offer. It is hardly worth sueing the company for this amount of money, but I must say I am very tempted to make it a legal issue.
