Shocking how people are such money grabbers. I made a reservation for my daughter returning from an overseas trip. Her ship could not dock due to cyclones and therefore her flights had to be changed. I asked the Guest House for a partial refund and I was told that they would not do that. I then asked if we could move the booking to a date at the end of March when my daughter returns and I was told that they could not do that either!!!! Dear owner YOU are not loosing anything by me moving my date!!!!! From a happy customer whilst booking to a very angry customer now. I will never refer business to this establishment.
