Take advantage of people

After doing a "free" installtion Emil Hoch demanded money in cash from my eldery parents who felt so intimidated that they paid. After lodging a dispute with dstv they found he was in the wrong and he needed to refund the money. It has been over 3 months and the excuses keep rolling in. Still no refund. He is abusive when you phone him.
