So called defends rank poor service

Been having issues with my PVR for about 8 weeks. Despite repeated visits to this co's Greenstone offices (who by the way were very civil and polite) was told last week (after been given my 4th PVR decoder!) that fault must lie at home. They arranged for a tech called Nirar to come the next day. He found LNB (black box on dish) broken so recommended replacement of dish plus several other items. Agreed and paid R2 048 for work. Over weekend system still *****. Tues fault - no signal. Tech failed to connect cable to remote properly. This am system failed again. Back to branch and given 5th decoder. Got back. Failed! Called co and told will TRY and get someone thru today. TRY? Patience failure!I Demanded immediate help. Put thru to character claiming to own the co called Schalk. After pouring anger out he asked what he should do! When I told fix it now he rep**** saying I should not tell him how to run his business! He asks me and then says this? What a joke! <br> <br> Even his tech manager was not at work to help and when I said sort his out as well I must not tell him how to operate his co???? What a loser! DSTV - discredit this pathetic bunch!
