Pathetic service

Worst business ever with no customer service at all. I went to the branch in Pta East. Was wrongly advised and requested a refund. After being told that I must come in to the store so the refund can be done on the card that I paid, they said I must complete a refund form when I arrived. It took them 30 minutes just to find the form for me to complete. Then I was told the refund would be done the next day and I will have the money the day thereafter. After more than 50 phone calls and getting angry I got my refund more than a week later. I did not once manage to speak to the store manager (he is never there but will always call back) - to this date I am still waiting for him to return my call. After finally being refunded, the refund amount was less - they took 2.5% of which I was never told. I was always told the whole amount would be refunded and the lady even said it was a mistake when I inquired the first time about the amount that differed. I would like to highlight again how *********** the store manager is - does not have a clue of customer service. I then went to TV & Video Doctor - what a pleasure. I can highly recommend them.
