Madam you do not know when you made the booking

Wow, the staff at Aerial Excellence are extremely rude. I made an appointment with them (as preferred supplier of DSTV) to install our DSTV on Thursday between 1 and 2 - they phone me to tell me that the booking is moved to Friday Afternoon anytime, I however am in a meeting when they call. When I call them back they say that I must be mad because the meeting was originally made for Friday?!? Really?!? Preferred supplier? DSTV you have took look at your preferred suppliers - I do not like being called crazy!!!!!!
