Lazy , bad service

When I asked to have DSTV fitted at my new home, a technician arrived well after 5, girlfriend in his vehicle. He ran into the house fitted the new decoder , and smart card. Handed me a eye and left the dish outside. Never checking the eye and dish on the roof. Now that the eye has completely packed up and the cable completely finished, I must pay yet again for the technician to come back and do whet he was supposed to do the first time. The lady that takes their calls said I must put the company on Hello Peter they really do not care. I would NEVER use this company again and cannot believe that they are affiliated to Multichoice/DSTV
