Installation problems with Aerial & Satellite Excellence!!!!

<p>My complaint is with Aerial & Satellite Excellence, Gift Acres Centre, Lynnwood Road Pretoria.</p> <p>I bought an Explora from them and paid an installation fee. They assured me that everything is covered and that they will install the Explora the next week. When they arrived for the installation they phoned me at work and said I must arranged for a step ladder at my own costs and they refused to climb on the roof. I found the whole experience very unprofessional and want to share it with the people of Pretoria.</p>
