Extremely rude manager

My husband went in to exchange our PVR and he was handed a second hand one back by the consultant. When he showed me the decor I asked where the box and remote was and he said that’s is all that was given to him with no box. When I asked did they open it in front of him he said no. This was strange for me as I have exchange our normal decoded before in Alberton and they opened the box in front of me. So today I decided to call in and speak to the manager to find out the protocol in insurance exchange only to have a rude manger by the name of ****ei so she spelt her name for me. Getting hyped up at me. I told her I was going to report her on Hello Peter for her rudeness and she told me to go do it. Don’t we just love the customer service of companies like this. Will now email dstv and log a complaint as now we are sitting with a second hand PVR Decoded
