Excellent staff bad Management

<p>I was in one of your stores recently and had a great experience with your staff, very friendly, professional &amp; helpfull with the tools at their availability.&nbsp; My unpleaseant experience however was the long wait on very uncomfortable chairs and when the staff member could not be of any further assistance a manager was called to assist and insulted the staff member infront of me and was very abrupt with me as well.&nbsp; When I wanted to take the matter further with senior management I was "politely" informed that this is the way the business is and has been run for many years.&nbsp; I think from senior management they've lost their customer service spirit towards their staff as well&nbsp;as the customers that come in.&nbsp; It is also very unprofessional to insult or reprimand a staff member in front of a customer or fellow colleagues.&nbsp; I myself am in the HR environment and feel sorry for the staff.&nbsp; I would not recommend this company to anyone and think Multi choice should take a closer look to their selection of accredited service providers - this company sure does not compliment multi choices image.&nbsp; Maybe Multi choice should bring this companies management back down to earth, give them a wrap over the knuckles.</p>
