CONSULTANT SERVICE BY A CONSULTANT AT AERIAL & SATELLITE EXCELLENCE - GARSFONTEIN ROAD - PRETORIA

Saturday 23 January I visited Aerial & Satellite Excellence - Dstv Agency at Garsfontein Road - Pretoria. The CONSULTANT who assisted me has no customer service skills/manners . 1. The consultant who was going to assist me - mistakenly called two tickets at the same time - which was Her Mistake (Fine we all make mistakes) - BUT she shouted at me that I made her to make a mistake (as if now it's my fault - woow) 2. No greetings or apologizing for that fault. 3. I was with my husband and she told us that In HER COUNTER she wants only 1 person (it's COVID 19 rules - fine). We looked around - in other tellers there were COUPLES all over being assisted by other consultants - with no issues - I said can't you atleast listen to what we are going to say - My husband is the one who knows the problem - even though the decoder is under my name - hence we went together. fine my husband left the counter seeing that we were not going to be assisted - since she was saying it's her counter - her rules.- . 4. Next thing I was trying to explain the problem in Xhosa and she said "I don't speak your Language, speak English". 5. I stood there while she was doing whatever (trying to assist) - and she was continuing chatting/speaking with her colleagues in Sotho/Tswana. 6. The overall experience in that shop was TERRIBLE - with that lady's attitude.
