Beware Aerial & Satellite Excellence format hard drives without gaining permission from client

I took my decoder into A & S E and the young lady couldn't find any fault with it. I then assumed it must be my setup at home. But then I saw her pressing a few keys on her keyboard and to my ABSOLUTE HORROR I saw my hard drive being FORMATTED. She never asked my permission just got on with it. I was prepared to accept a format if it was the hard drive but not when there was nothing wrong with my decoder. I spoke to a gentleman there after I called the company and he said SORRY ??????
