Bad service and manners

My mom has a problem with her dstv she went there yesterday and got a number she waited until just before 4 a lady said that she must keep her ticket and come back tomorrow. This morning my mom asked me to go my mom is 75 years old. So my husband and I go this morning and get treated like **** they are so rude we explain to them what happened and straight away she say "she is lying" so we ask to speak to the manager get told she is busy ok we will wait eventually she appears also tells us "she is lying" when I asked for there name's she turns around and walks away and the other one say she is not giving there names.</div> <div dir="auto" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.256px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;"> </div> <div dir="auto" style="color: #000000; font-family: sans-serif; font-size: 16.256px; font-variant-ligatures: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2;">So my husband phone ********** 8333 which is printed incorrectly on the number that they print speak to lady and she said she will put us through to the branch manager just to get exactly the same attitude and rudeness from him saying my mother is lying.</div>
