Poor and *********** customer service

I bought a new DSTV decoder from House & Home Montana, which included the installation package. I waited a full week for the installation guy to come and each day he had an excuse, I let that slide. When he eventually came to install the decoder, he was extremely rude!! He was shouting at my caretaker about my place not having enough power, even though all my other appliances are working great. What made me angry is that he came late, did a poor job and when I told him that the installation is not complete/faulty, he got defensive and started shouting at me.. This is totally unacceptable and I honestly want my refund back! I tried calling Aerial King but there was not answer, not sure if it was because it was a public holiday or if they just have terrible customer service s****s. Tomorrow morning I am going back to House and Home Montana and fetching my money, I cannot deal with bad service!
