Just **** poor service

<p>On 30 May 2016 a technician from Aerial King contacted me to come and install a new satellite dish at my home in Broederstroom. We made the appointment for 09:00 on 30 May 2016. I took off work the next day to be at home while they are doing the installation. At 09:30 I phoned the guy to hear where he was and he informed me that he was still about 30k m away from me. I told him to leave because I had to go back to work at 10:00. At work I phoned the company and complained. The lady from Aerial King phoned me back and said another technician would meet me at a garage close by at 17:00. On my way there at 16:48 I received an sms saying that he can unfortunately not make it and that he would come the next morning and I told him what he could go do with himself. So today 01 June 2016 I have already phoned Aerial King twice and both times they told me they would phone me back, but nothing.......i am still waiting!!</p>
