I was having trouble connecting Open View after purchasing an Open View set top box from Ellis Aerials in Woodmead - I met up with Elliot Mphake who owns a business called E & E Satellite & Aerial Installations based at 31 - 7th Avenue, Alexandra, Gauteng, when we were co-incidentally at Ellis Aerials at the same time. Elliot offered to assist me, and I requested him to come to my home in Sunninghill. He came exactly on time that I requested and checked my set-up of the aerial. He changed the port on the LNB and reset the set top box to be compatible with my television set. He, checked all the aerial connections right to the tv. And tested the signal strength with his test instrument. Once he was satisfied we switched on the devices and it worked very well. Wonder receiption and picture clarity. Elliot charged me the basic callout charge which he had quoted me and we agreed a little extra for the connections & piece if cable supp**** by him. The full charge was very reasonable at R450-00.
