Totally pathetic bunch of disorganised and useless imbeciles.<br> Booking made last week for today - 29 December - first appointment - 09:00/09:30<br> NO SHOW<br> I call to follow up and the shop has what sounds like temp / school leaver twits answering the phone and not knowing what's going on<br> The owner is not available but looking at previous complaints that seems to be the norm - lets avoid customers and get the money in where we can<br> Then we get the did you book with us or Greenstone<br> Hello! A small thing called a computerised system to make bookings or keep track of things in general<br> don't go near them they don't have a cooking clue inefficient and useless!
