No Resolution - More Charges

After my last complaint against Aerial Concepts, I received an email from Dean stating that the Heli was involved in a crash and that I am liable for the charges. I disagree! <br> <br> 1.) The Heli was only flown by Sam.<br> 2.) The Heli was not flown after it left Aerial Concepts.<br> 3.) They have had the Heli for over 3 weeks without a mention of anything like this before.<br> 4.) Camera footage, at my office, shows the Heli, in great condition, and handed over to the driver of Aerial Concepts in that condition.<br> <br> It seems that Aerial Concepts is now trying to cover up their employees mistake but charging the customer! My attempts to get a full refund has been ignored (a refund of R800 was suggested for Flight School but not for club fees, Heli + Accessories purchased). <br> <br> Do yourself a favour - don't even bother buying from Aerial Concepts. They will take you and your wallet for a ride.<br> <br>
