Horrible Experience - Don't waste your money

I purchased an RC heli from Aerial concepts at the end of December. 15th Jan, I booked it in for a pre-flight inspection where I told Sam that there were two issues during the assembly that I was unable to do. I was told I would get it back later that afternoon. I received a call saying that it was only going to be ready on Monday. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, I had to request an update since no communication was given. Friday I collected and was told that I had to fix two issues - ironically one of the issues is what I booked the heli in for. I had to buy simulator software to which A.C tried to sell me the pirated version. 26th Jan, I heard the gears grinding when the rotor blades were set free from the foam mount. This was the other issue I informed Sam about. I told Sam but got no reply. 10 days later - got hold of Dean who arranged to collect that Friday. It is now 2.5 weeks later and I have had zero feedback (and I constantly asked). Today Sam accused me of breaking the heli. I have spent over R60k with this company and I am getting treated like ****. Good luck to anyone that spends even a small fraction of that with them - I doubt you will even get a one word reply.
