Terrible Service!

<p>Just a warning to all Clients who are looking to get someone for tv and dstv installations . Stay clear from Aerial Advance, Brothers Jaco and Herman, <br />Aerial Advance Winslow, Gordons Bay <br />Address: Faure Marine Drive, Winslow, Gordons Bay - 7140<br />Phone: ***<br />Cell: ***<br />***<br /> <br />My parents recently moved and made use of their service, <br />The brother Jaco was to install 4 tv's and 2 dstv's .<br />after installation we noted that there were problems with the signals between the dstv's and tv , Jaco was called numerous times but failed to pitch up, the brother Herman was contacted who i understand is sick, asked for a detailed report as to the problems we had aswell as the problems we had with the Jaco, it was sent and received . We have yet to receive a response,, everything was paid up front and in full, but our installions are a total muck. <br /> <br />i also had the same situation with the Jaco, it took 2 different installtion guys t ofix what he broke. <br /> <br />between me and my parents a total of R3100 was paid a service we never received, not to mention the effort i had to go through to get my istallation sorted...</p> <p> </p> <p>not to mention the personal stalking i received from the Jaco, phone calls made at 2 in the monring, numorous messages sent to me via jaco, asking me on a date, which i find very distastefull, considering i declind and am a paying customer.</p> <p> </p> <p><br /> <br />so for future references beware of this company. <br /> </p>
