Ordered a wine Aerate and still waiting for delivery.

I would not give them a star, but am forced to in order to write a review. I ordered an item from this company on 2 August, paid it full and am still waiting for delivery. There is absolutely no response or communication from Aerate, despite having sent them several emails and completing online forms. There is also no telephone number. So, they take your money, then you cannot communicate with them after.
