Pathetic service

Absolutely pathetic service with Aegean airlines. Firstly our flight from Mykonos to Crete was delayed. Then we get to Crete and find out that our luggage is missing. The lady capturing our details at the luggage counter captures all our details incorrectly , was very unhelpful.

After we figure our through the world tracking app that the details were incorrect we then get an email to say our luggage was identified but awaiting confirmation, the status of which has remained the same for 6 hours. When you contact the airline there are ridiculous waiting times and you are told that apparently this is a common problem and happening across the world. What nonsense???

We paid 37 euros per bag and you still manage to lose our bag? Now I have to incur extra costs for clothing?

What type of service is this? You charge ridiculous prices for baggage but when the item is delayed then you aren't even able to tell us when you can return it or where it is???

Pathetic service standards for such an airline. Don't recommend this airline at all. Rather fly with competitors and actually get your baggage at the end
