blatant theft

After booking (and paying) for a flight, I never received the booking confirmation. I had to keep contacting them through their email service and phone calls, only to hear they made a mistake and were gonna cancel our tickets. This was after 6 weeks of trying to get in contact. I had to rebook the same flight, only for €150 euros extra. On the phone they told me to contact their colleagues through the website service to discuss this matter, but they refuse to answer any of the emails.

Then with the second booking, I again paid for extra leg room seats. This time only the extra leg room seats were cancelled (after a couple of weeks), mentioning I would get refunded for those seats. Never received any money. And again, they refuse to answer any of the emails.

I’m still waiting to be refunded for the extra leg room, as well as the extra costs due to re booking the initial tickets.
