worst service

Very bad service indeed. We logged a call yesterday for a faulty geyser that is still within the warranty period. We have been calling and we cant get information other than they have a backlog of calls and they cant advise when they will be able to come out to us to replace the geyser. the service is Pathetic. 2 days without water. absolutely disappointment
