Worst Service

My geyser has been leaking since Friday 12/07/2024 and this case was only routed to the company on 15/07/2024 at the early part of the morning. Till today i have had 4 groups of technicians that have told me something that i know as i had to close the water supply. today i am told they do not have the right size ladder to go into the complex to put this geyser and they require 2 teams for this job. What has all these team being doing all along when they have been coming for inspection. I am also told they will leave the geyser and i need to get my own plumber to sort out someone needs to resolve this matter as soon as possible i cannot wait another day
