Worst Geysers

Worst geysers ever. Absa Insurance paid to install my geyser in April, from June it started leaking and stpped working and I have been struggling for the past 2 month to have it fixed/replaced and even JP at Kwikot refuse to acknowledge their warranty. Case of plumber and electrician says geyser is faulty but Kwikot does not do anything.
