worst customer service on a brand new aeg washing machine

I bought a brand new AEG washing machine at Makro store a week ago. I used the machine for the first time and it made so much noise and was vibrating the whole time. I phoned AEG for assistance and they were not helpful and just told me to read the manual, which I have done already. Then, they said I must reduce the spinning speed, which I did and yet the machine is still making noise. I want my full refund and I will buy another washing machine from a helpful manufacturer. Their service is the best, they kept on saying that they will charge me for a call out. Not helpful at all. I am going to makro first thing tomorrow morning to demand my full refund.
