worsr ever aftersales service Aeg

hi the worst after sales service aeg and electrolux u am having an issue with aeg washing machine and tumble dryer i purchased thos appliance from makro i paid R9000.00 from the start when i received the product there was a scratch i called aeg they never responded to my call i left it and just lived with it but after some time the washing machine kept filling up with water so i called them again and they said i should produce my invoice thankz to god i tend to make photo copies of the invoices coz the till slips fade after a while so i produced it and lodged a complain they said they would b there after a day nothing happened after two days i called then they said they tried to call and no one answered so i asked for the call log never to receive it and i said i would make mine available anyways they said they would b here the day after two days later nothing so in total feim them first call till now there is no response from them and its a week later disgusting service and i would be very weary purchasing any of there products
