VOIDED a brand new geyser - Cheap Tricks KWIKOT

I have been supporting Kwikot for decades.

We have over 60 kwikot geysers.

Recently they are repudiating for trivial compliance failures We installed a new geysers 4 months ago never used. The electrician complained the geysers element has failed. Kwikot staff refused to replace the factory faulty element. The tank is correctly installed with vacuum breakers and U bend piping to ensure water is always in the geyser. We have a prv after the municipal meter so this balances the entire house pressure.

I installed a private meter for the tenant and they complained the PRV must be after this meter.

I mean the geyser always has water.

Honestly I am highly upset and made a decision as Director of our company never to use Kwikot again.

There are other brands out there with far better after sales.
