"Void " warranty excuse on a known faulty product

A geyser that is only two years into its 5-year warrantee fail as it rusted through. These ****pa geyser are known in the industry to have factory faults. Kwikot will not honor the warrantee, with the excuse that the value on the main line in is a remanufactured valve. They have a whole page of excuse to choose from to void the warrantee, this was their choice here. All plumbers consulted said the valve would not cause the geyser to rust. The geyser comes with a backup safety valve anyway. Kwikot are ****** and need a class action legal case against them, or Cate blanch to investigate. I will look into this. Do not let your insurance or Plumber install Kwikot!!
