VERY VERY RUDE GEYSER INSTALLERS

Geyser burst in 4 years, reported for replacement which was so quick less than 5 hrs, and the agent Tembie was amazing, everything to to ruined by their installers who were so rude never seen such hooligans, and advise kwikot not to send such pple to their customers. They lazy didn't fit the geyser saying it won't fit yet there is the same geyser up the ceiling. Please don't send pple like SAMSON to your customers, and invest in educating your employees simple basic of customer service. I wouldn't not advise any one to open their homes for these guys especially if there is no male figure. They so arrogant, bullies, they made my wife move a sofa by herself saying they can't help her it's company policy. After all their geyser that failed, l thk that was my first and last KWIKOT geyser will go back to hitech.
