Very Poor Service

Early this morning my Kwikot Geyser blew. Discovery ins were superb and Plumbers were here in 1 1/2hours on a Sunday! However Kwikot not so much! The Plumber pointed out that the Geyser is under warranty, they will lodge the claim and Kwikot will fix. I got the reference number and contact Kwikot to see how long it will take. They said 3 to 6 WORKING days! This is ridiculous! They have promised to come back to me ASAP? So a Geyser that does not last 5 years and then you wait in winter for them to replace. This is NOT good enough.
