VERY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE BY AEG SOUTH AFRICA, THE MAIN SOUTH AFRICAN DISTRIBUTORS

Very poor after sales service. Bought a four burner gas oven on 6 June 2023 and simultaneously ordered an additional stainless steel oven tray, which has still not been delivered. Whilst we are otherwise very happy with the quality of the rest and remainder of the stove, this is an item which should have been part of the original stove, but was not. This is NOT acceptable service. The local South African distribution company needs a serious kick in the pants, like the rest of our poor country.
