Very disappointing!

Terrible! Geyser failed after two years. Must admit geyser was replaced quickly and efficiently, BUT : noticed a leak from an adjacent pipe leading to the geyser the very next day - reported in the morning, the FOLLOWING day a technician called out and refused to fix the leak because it wasn't "geyser-related" (yet it's the pipe carrying water to the geyser). Excuses included it's an old leak (yet my ceiling had no damage from this "old leak") and that my pipes are "old and corroded" (nonsense, the pipe in question was fitted two years ago when the geyser was replaced). Really disappointed with the poor service / company not taking responsibility - pipe was obviously bumped/pushed when installing the new geyser, hence the leak at the joint (which is fine, I understand it's a tight space to work in)
