Useless Warranty

<p>After years of using Kwikot as our one of our main suppliers, we will not be buying any more products again. Faulty thermostat and element which was installed in April is still under warranty yet Kwikot refuses to send anyone out to fix it. Who is going to pay for our time now on a Saturday to sort this out? ****** useless. Other suppliers have more integrity when it comes to their customers who spend hundreds of thousands of rands a year on their products.
