Thanks to Hellopeter by and large!

I must say after complaining and being upset abt SA Homeloans insurance and warranty manufacturers kwikot, I must say that the humaneness in business does prevail. And Kwikot did come to the party and fix my geyser which element ran past warranty expiry date. My persistence paid off and sanity prevailed. Thank u Hello Peter for your help and might I add, I believe, that the Consumer Council does not have the success rate that Hello Peter has! Thank u Kwikot and Hello Peter. Not sure whether I'm pleased with SA Homeloans Insurance staff though. I battled for service from them.
