Terrible service ever

The geyser was installed 2 yrs ago has been having a problems of leakage every 3 months after it was installed and I was expected to pay an access which I kept on fighting for not paying that access as it was not my fault. Now the geyser has burst and it's s 2 weeks now it has not be replaced. They came and ordered for the roof to be extended in order for them to gain enough space to get in the geyser to install it, of which it was done the following day and I have called them to inform them that the roof has been extended but they did not come till today we have been leaving with a roof opened for 2 weeks, which is we are leaving in fear as the extended part of the roof is hanging on the passage inside the house and it might fall on any person in the house and gets hurt or die.
