Terrible service!!!

An AEG technician came to fix our fridge a few weeks ago. We were told we need to pay for new parts and got a quote. The parts were ordered and replaced a few days later. Fridge was working again. We paid but 2 days later the same problem occured and fridge broke again. After numerous phone cAlls they came again and said the new parts were faulty, and proceeded to fix again. 1 day later same problem again! We have been phoning every few days and they promise they on the way to fix but nobody ever comes. Paid R1230 and still have a broken fridge!!!! So frustrated!!!
